Digital Shinobiz — Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions

These Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions (“PG Terms”) form a part of the Terms of Service of Digital Shinobiz (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a payment or using our payment facility, you (“you”, “Client”, “Customer”) agree to these PG Terms.


1. Definitions

  • Services: Digital marketing, content production, campaign management, website development etc., as provided by Digital Shinobiz.
  • Payment Gateway: Third-party system or processor used by us to receive payments from you cashfree
  • Transaction: A payment made by you through the Payment Gateway for the Services.
  • Fees: Amounts you pay for Services, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2. Payment Obligation

  • You agree to pay for Services as per the agreed-upon invoice or proposal.
  • Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateway(s). We will not accept payments via unauthorized means unless agreed in writing.

3. Payment Schedule & Due Dates

  • The invoice / proposal will indicate due date(s).
  • If partial payments or deposits are required, that will be specifically stated.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest (if applicable), or suspension of Services until payment is made.

4. Transaction Processing

  • All payments are processed via secure channels through the Payment Gateway.
  • We do not store sensitive payment data (such as full credit card numbers), unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

  • Refund policy: If a refund is applicable (due to non-provision of Service, error, or cancellation), we will process it in accordance with the invoice / contract terms.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel before Services start or mid-way (if allowed), then:
    • Deposit or advance payment may be non-refundable or partially refundable as per contract.
    • Any work done will be billed proportionally.
  • Dispute resolution: Any issues with a Transaction (wrongful charge, etc.) must be notified to us in writing within [X] days of the payment.

6. Taxes & Charges

  • All fees quoted are exclusive/inclusive of taxes (specify which) as per Indian law. You are responsible for paying any applicable GST or other taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Any payment gateway fees or bank charges (if applicable) will be borne by either party as agreed — usually by you (the Customer) unless we assume them.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to verify your identity or require additional documentation before processing large payments or suspicious transactions.
  • We may refuse or suspend transactions likely to be fraudulent, harmful, or violating these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability with respect to payment gateway services is limited to the amount of transaction you have made. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the Payment Gateway provider or third-party banks.
  • We disclaim all warranties related to uptime, security, and uninterrupted access of the payment gateway (unless explicitly guaranteed).

9. Changes to Payment Terms

  • We may modify these PG Terms from time to time by posting updated terms on our website. The modified terms take effect on the date posted.
  • Continued use of payment gateway after changes implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These PG Terms are governed by the laws of India / Maharashtra (specify).
  • Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
